Wing Enterprises is committed to customer satisfaction with a straightforward refund and return process for all electronics and gadgets purchased online. This policy ensures hassle-free exchanges or refunds when products don't meet expectations, covering defects, wrong items, or changes of mind within specified timelines.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns accepted within 15 days from delivery date for new, unused items in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Valid Reasons: Manufacturing defects, damaged goods on arrival, incorrect item shipped, or simply not satisfied (non-defective returns incur original shipping fees deduction).

  • Exclusions: Personalized items, hygiene products (e.g., earbuds once opened), software downloads, or items showing signs of use/abuse.

Return Process

  1. Contact support via email (support@wingenterprises.com) or live chat with order number, issue description, and photos if applicable.

  2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid label within 24-48 hours.

  3. Pack securely, ship back using the label to our warehouse, and track until received (customer responsible for return shipping unless defective).

Refund Details

Refunds process within 7-10 business days after inspection, credited to original payment method minus any deductions. Full refunds apply to defective/wrong items; partial for non-defective returns. Track status via account dashboard or confirmation email.

Additional Notes
